4.flare (verb)
to burn brightly, but usually for only a short time or not steadily
ex:The match flared and went out

5.blame (verb)
to think or say that someone or something is responsible for something bad
ex:She doesn't blame anyone for her father's death.A dropped cigarette is being blamed for the fire.
